Shipping policy
Orders placed before 3pm on a business day ship the same day. Delivery takes 2–5 business days domestically and 5–12 business days internationally. Shipping is free on orders of two units or more. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns & refunds
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. You have 3 days from the delivery date to report a damaged, faulty or incorrect item — contact us within that window and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Returned products should be in re-sellable condition with their pouch and cable, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Once 3 days have passed since delivery, the order is considered accepted and no refund or return can be granted.
Warranty
Every Avyroxxa™ comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and battery failure under normal use. Accidental damage and water immersion are not covered.
Privacy
We collect only the data needed to process your order and provide support: name, contact details, shipping address and order history. Payment details are handled by Shopify's payment processors and never stored on our servers. We do not sell your personal data. Email us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
Terms of service
By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to make the purchase. All prices are shown and charged in USD only; no other currency is offered. Promotional discounts apply while the campaign is live and cannot be combined unless stated.
